Classes for everyone

DLS offers a wide range of live and virtual fitness classes inclusive of all ages, genders, incomes, and fitness levels. Each one is designed with a specific objective, and is offered in both 30 and 45-minute increments; that way you can tailor your workouts to your schedule. Instruction operates on a free/donate what you can basis, and you will never be turned away if you can’t pay.
