OH HI!

It’s me, Dana, your instructor. I’m just a girl who lives in Brooklyn with her guy and some fluffy cats. I’ve been teaching fitness for a long time. I also really like cats, a lot. If you prefer reading bios in the third-person, please read on…


Dana Leigh Snyder holds a certificate in Exercise Physiology from Stanford University (extension), a certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition from Cornell (extension), a BA in dance from UC Davis, an MFA from the New School, and is trained in TRX and Active Isolated Stretch. She studied under dancer and fitness pro Pepper Von (National Aerobic Fitness Champion), Lea Anderson (artistic director of The Cholmondeleys and The Featherstonehaughs), and Bobbi Wynn Bolden (professor of Dance, UC Davis).
