Beginner Cardio

A low-intensity aerobic class for the gentle athlete in you. It is designed to softly boost your heart rate with low to no-impact exercises, while offering a full body workout in just 30 minutes. So if you are new to fitness, or just in for a lighter fare, come on in this Friday at 10am for “Beginner Cardio”.
