"Carved"

“Carved” : Take a little time away from cooking and work up an appetite.  Join me in this 45-minute, full body cardio and strength class that will get your metabolism ready to feast! We will start off with a warm-up, followed by an all-level cardio and strength class, finishing off with a cool down, mat exercises, and some stretch.  Want some more stretch?  No problem!  There is an additional stretch class following “Carved”… or as I like to call it: Dessert.  YUM!
